About the role
- Create and revise User Manuals for all products.
- Update existing manuals to align with current templates, stakeholder feedback, and updated product specifications.
- Write and edit high-level scientific content, including White Papers, Application Notes, and eBooks.
- Develop FAQs, Quick Guides, Datasheets, and website landing page content to improve the user experience.
- Work closely with internal scientific teams to incorporate edits and ensure technical accuracy in all customer-facing materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related Life Sciences field.
- 2-5 years of experience in technical writing within the biotech or pharma industry.
- Ability to understand and document complex laboratory procedures, specifically involving cell-based assays and protein engineering.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite and experience with documentation version control.
- Proficiency in visual tools such as Bio Render or Adobe Illustrator is required
- Exceptional command of the English language with the ability to simplify technical jargon for diverse global audiences.
- Ability to meet tight timelines and maintain flexible work hours for global team coordination.
