About the role
- Drive OD strategy across Europe
- Design and implement strategic OD initiatives
- Strengthen leadership capability and foster a high-performance culture
- Support the development of over 800 employees across 14+ European countries
- Report to the Director of Recruitment & Talent Management
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in OD, leadership development, or talent management
- Proven success leading OD initiatives across multiple countries or business units
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Experience with assessment tools (DiSC, StrengthsFinder, etc.)
- Excellent project management, analytical thinking, and cultural awareness
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence leaders
- Knowledge of employment law and OD best practices
- Proficiency with MS Office and modern learning platforms
