About the role

You will be part of the nationwide recruiting team and support our managers in attracting the best talent for Eurofins Umwelt.
You will handle the full job posting management, including processing incoming applications.
You will follow up with candidates and conduct initial screening conversations when important information or documents are missing.
You will coordinate the further application process and serve as a competent point of contact for both our hiring managers and candidates.
You will work with the recruiting team on various projects, including employer branding and candidate experience, to take the application process to the next level.
You will also be involved in social media recruiting.

You have successfully completed your degree or vocational training, or you hold a comparable qualification.
You are passionate about recruiting and have already gained experience in talent acquisition.
You are a team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
You are empathetic, have a good feel for people, and enjoy challenges.
Very good English skills and occasional willingness to travel (< once per quarter) complete your profile.
