About the role
- Manage remote customer relations (B2C): incoming/outgoing calls, phone outreach, prospecting
- Identify customer needs, schedule appointments, and sell appropriate solutions
- Support the customer through service activation
- Provide personalized follow-up and maintain a relationship of trust
