About the role
- Manage remote customer relations (B2C): inbound/outbound calls, cold calling, prospecting
- Qualify customer needs, schedule appointments, and sell appropriate solutions
- Support the customer through to service activation
- Provide personalized follow-up and maintain a trusted relationship
- Handle level-1 requests, confirm orders, and enter contracts
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Apprenticeship contract for the professional title 'Customer Relations Representative'
- No prior sales experience required, but strong motivation is essential
- Good verbal communication, autonomy, and organizational skills
- Proficient in office tools (Word, Excel)
- Minimum education level: CAP/BEP or partial secondary education (no baccalaureate)
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Basic understanding of how a company operates
