About the role

  • Manage remote customer relations (B2C): inbound/outbound calls, cold calling, prospecting
  • Qualify customer needs, schedule appointments, and sell appropriate solutions

Requirements

  • Apprenticeship contract for the professional title 'Customer Relations Representative'
  • No prior sales experience required, but strong motivation is essential
  • Good verbal communication, autonomy, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in office tools (Word, Excel)
  • Minimum education level: CAP/BEP or partial secondary education (no baccalaureate)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Basic understanding of how a company operates
