About the role
- Participate in design conversations and administer world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM Organisation
- Leading the growth of Salesforce
- Designing/creating workflows/case management and integrating with 3rd Party SaaS systems
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
- Writing documents and maintaining “Wiki” architectural catalog
- Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software
- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
Requirements
- Be a Salesforce Administrator / Developer who has a strong understanding of Apex and coding standards, and have worked in a regulated industry
- Comprehensive understanding of Experience Cloud
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
- Preferred experience of Conga CPQ
- Preferred experience of GearSet, Copado or similar deployment tooling
- Jitterbit or similar IPaaS
- DocuSign and Doc Gen
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve high-level issues.
