About the role

  • Responsible for managing sales from order issuance through credit formalization and customer scheduling;
  • Manage a portfolio and provide service to farmers and resellers, participating in weekly meetings;
  • Manage the territory assigned by the supervisor;
  • Prepare and send daily and weekly reports, and plan visits;
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships while sharing the values of EuroChem Fertilizantes;
  • Review sales and delivery plans month by month, and monitor them periodically to make necessary adjustments;
  • Responsible for training reseller teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy / Agricultural Engineering;
  • Experience selling fertilizers, seeds, or agrochemicals;
  • Experience in negotiation and customer relationship management;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with Power BI;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Valid driver's license (CNH) category B;
  • Reside in Itapetininga and/or surrounding area.
