• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of integrations between Salesforce and SAP (interfaces, APIs, middleware);
• Lead end-to-end projects: requirements gathering, process modeling, development, integration testing, and go‑live;
• Develop and promote process automation (RPA, workflows, declarative and programmatic solutions) to reduce manual effort and improve quality;
• Act as Product/Technical Owner in agile squads, participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Scrum ceremonies;
• Ensure technical governance: integration standards, data security, versioning, and monitoring;
• Prepare technical and business documentation, runbooks, and acceptance criteria;
• Provide escalated support and lead investigations of incidents and performance issues related to integrations;
• Train and guide internal teams and stakeholders on best practices for Salesforce, SAP, and automation.
