Sales Consultant
EuroChem BrasilSales Consultant for EuroChem developing fertilizer market opportunities and building long-term client relationships. Requires expertise in agronomy and solid fertilizer market.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Portfolio Management and Sales: Prospecting, negotiating and closing sales of solid fertilizers for growers and resellers;
- Technical Consulting: Conduct field visits to diagnose soil needs, recommend the best solutions in macro- and micronutrients from our Premium product lines, and demonstrate the ROI (Return on Investment) of the products;
- Market Development: Map opportunities for territorial expansion, identify new markets and develop penetration strategies for our products;
- Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships with decision-makers (consultants, buyers and owners);
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitors, commodity price trends and fluctuations in the fertilizer market;
- Technical Knowledge: Practical expertise in fertilizers, soil fertility, fertilization management and technical recommendations;
- Negotiation Skills: Hunter profile (focused on new accounts), excellent communication and the ability to close complex, high-value deals;
- Differentials: Postgraduate degree/MBA in commercial areas or soil science; an active client portfolio in your region of operation;
- Mobility: Availability for frequent travel and a valid driver’s license.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy (Agronomic Engineering);
- Proven commercial experience in the fertilizer market (especially solid fertilizers), with a demonstrated track record of meeting targets;
- Availability for frequent travel and a valid driver’s license;
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills.
