About the role

  • Ensuring safety, cleanliness, passenger information, and approachability on board trains
  • Completion of an extensive theoretical training covering fundamentals of local and regional public transport (ÖPNV & SPNV), railway operations, technical basics, fares/ticketing, etc.
  • Practical on-board training in trains during the apprenticeship
  • Placement into a permanent and secure employment contract after successful completion of the training and selection process

Requirements

  • Must be of legal age (18+) and currently not employed
  • German language skills at least at B2 level or higher
  • Career changers from hospitality, hotel industry, retail, or similar backgrounds are welcome
  • Candidates without formal vocational training but with strong personal motivation or career ambitions are also welcome
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
