Product Operations

• Work closely with Chief Product Officer and Co-founder, AI Product Lead and Product Associates on rolling out a new AI-native employee benefits product.
• Use cutting-edge tools like Claude Code, Cursor and custom MCP integrations, with freedom to explore new AI tools that drive product innovation.
• Get deep into document analysis, extraction, and input, foundational tasks for our platform's AI learning that require significant intellectual rigor on the front-lines.
• Support the end-to-end implementation of our platform for enterprise clients.
• Contribute product ideas to improve the benefits administrator experience, particularly those relating to global benefits teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineers at all stages of product development.
• Ad hoc tasks as they arise.
