Lead Product Designer

Product Manager

• Sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and client delivery - owning the end-to-end implementation of our platform for our most complex and strategic enterprise accounts, from onboarding through to live deployment — including visiting clients on-site, with the opportunity for global travel as we scale internationally.
• Lead enterprise engagements independently. This involves configuring GAP and Navigator products for deployment, building implementation plans and pitch decks, running UAT, and handling support queries.
• Own and lead product development projects end to end alongside engineering and design from client requirements to shipped product and be accountable for the outcomes.
• Design and refine AI evaluation frameworks, engineer prompts across our product suite, and track product analytics on live production data.
• Build internal agentic AI workflows that automate lengthy or manual processes — org-wide Claude, skills, and custom Slack workflows — and set the direction on internal tooling as its complexity grows.
• Get hands-on with cutting-edge tools like Claude Code, Cowork, Cursor, and custom MCP integrations, with the freedom to explore new AI tooling that drives product innovation — setting the standard for AI tooling across the team. As these tools evolve, the line between engineering, product, and design will blur — we want you to be at the frontier of that shift.
• Gather first-hand insight from both benefits administrators and employees at global enterprises, and feed that directly back into the product to shape what we build next.
• Work closely with our Chief Product Officer, Co-founder, AI Product Lead, engineers, and Product Associates at every stage of development — bridging the gap between what customers need and what gets built.

Forward-Deployed AI Product Manager

Full-stack Engineer

• Build AI-first features end-to-end: You’ll contribute to the design, deployment, and iteration of our next-generation benefits platform features that leverage personalization, experimentation, and AI/ML methods (e.g. agents/LLMs, recommender systems, reinforcement learning) to enhance user experience in a meaningful business domain.
• Contribute across the tech stack: You’ll work in React (JavaScript/TypeScript) on the frontend and Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy) on the backend, shipping production-ready code and user-facing features in addition to innovative ML work.
• Live on the cutting edge of AI tooling: You’ll help push the boundary of what’s feasible with modern AI-powered software development tools (Cursor, Windsurf), keep up with the regular drumbeat of AI advances, and find new and exciting ways to build and explore new features faster.
• Participate in a fast-paced iterative environment: Collaborate closely with design, product, and beyond to deliver and iterate on impressive features and prototypes at world-class pace.
• Keep code clean and well-tested: Maintain clean, efficient, and tested code with clear documentation for both peers and future reference.
• Review, refine, and grow: Actively participate in peer reviews, CI/CD processes, and a growth-minded engineering culture, where you continuously seek to level up your technical skills.
• Be a team player: Sometimes you’ll be iterating on ML pipelines; other times you’ll be refining a frontend component or fixing a tricky bug. We need someone who’s excited about the full product journey and moving together as one.
