- Set an exceptionally high bar on visual craft.
- Set the same bar on product design fundamentals.
- Design for both audiences.
- Shape strategy with product and engineering.
- Run discovery.
- Prototype heavily, including with AI tools.
- Evolve Euphoric’s design system, principles, and ways of working as the products grow.
- Communicate decisions clearly.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in product design
- Experience working in B2B Enterprise products.
- Exceptional at both halves of product design.
- You’ve designed for products where multiple audiences matter equally.
- Comfortable with complexity.
- Self-sufficient by default.
- Built for remote.
- Comfortable building with AI yourself.
- Strong product thinking.
- Comfortable making decisions when the data is incomplete.
- Able to move between strategic conversations with leadership and detailed production work with engineers.
- Strong communicator.
- Thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
