Design for both audiences.
Shape strategy with product and engineering.

Prototype heavily, including with AI tools.
Evolve Euphoric’s design system, principles, and ways of working as the products grow.
Communicate decisions clearly.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years in product design
Experience working in B2B Enterprise products.
Exceptional at both halves of product design.
You’ve designed for products where multiple audiences matter equally.
Comfortable with complexity.
Self-sufficient by default.
Built for remote.
Comfortable building with AI yourself.
Strong product thinking.
Comfortable making decisions when the data is incomplete.
Able to move between strategic conversations with leadership and detailed production work with engineers.
Strong communicator.
Thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
