About the role

  • Support the team in project management and business development.
  • Independently implement individual projects and project components in collaboration with interdisciplinary departments: project management, business development, CRM, and communications.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients regarding our Corporate Health certifications and product offerings.
  • Coordinate audit appointments and assist in organizing Corporate Health events.
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain data and incorporate it into websites, proposals, and project/CRM systems.
  • Support research activities (contact information, market stakeholders, etc.).

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in business administration, marketing, health management, or a comparable field.
  • Enthusiasm for hands-on project work.
  • High level of autonomy, commitment, and reliability.
  • Precise, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Team player with an open and communicative manner.
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage.
  • Understanding of the economic and social importance of corporate health management for employers.
  • Affinity for new software solutions and confident use of MS Office.
  • (Practical) prior experience in corporate health management is an advantage.
