About the role

  • Be the primary contact for new customers during onboarding
  • Oversee the onboarding process from end-to-end
  • Gather requirements and configure SaaS products to meet those requirements
  • Carry out basic project management activities
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to adoption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, customer success, and technical support
  • Communicate internal and client deliverables to appropriate parties
  • Maintain Cloud Coach project schedule for new client implementations or expansions
  • Communicate project status weekly to leadership and internal departments
  • Suggest process and documentation improvements to the Director of Professional Services

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience managing multiple large, complex and cross-functional software implementation projects
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience
  • 1-2 years managing software projects /banking/finance/point of sale or Cashiering experience
  • Must have software experience
  • Strong Excel and data skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent organization and time management
  • Self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight
  • Comfortable working in client-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of software implementation processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software implementations, particularly GovTech, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Autotask, Asana, or similar software for project tracking and time management is a plus.
