About the role
- Lead the shop and the entire team
- Sales planning and responsibility for results
- Staff scheduling
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain regular customer relationships
- Merchandise maintenance, presentation and shop setup
- Report all relevant information to the Head of Retail
- Carry out administrative/accounting tasks (cash handling, cost and invoice control, etc.)
- Prepare and conduct stocktakes
Requirements
- Completed commercial training in retail or an equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role and market environment with people management
- Enthusiasm for high-quality products
- Confident, professional manner and strong communication skills
- High sense of responsibility, commitment and flexibility
- Fluent German and very good English
- Additional languages are an advantage
