About the role
- Overall responsibility for in-house performance marketing
- Develop and implement channel strategies and take on budget planning and control (Google Ads, Meta, Display/Retargeting, Affiliate)
- Operational campaign management including setup, optimization and ongoing monitoring
- Seasonal planning and execution of the campaign calendar (e.g., sales, product launches, Black Friday, Christmas)
- Implement, maintain and optimize tracking links, pixels and product feeds as part of tracking & feed management
- Perform performance analyses, benchmarking and monthly reporting
- Close collaboration with design and content teams on briefs and execution
- Provide temporary support in day-to-day operations
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, E‑Commerce or Business Administration
- Several years of professional experience in performance marketing
- Confident handling of KPIs and budget responsibility
- Analytical approach and hands‑on mentality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent German and English
