Administer and maintain the commercial team's tech stack, including Looker analytics, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and sales enablement software.
Act as an owner of Ethena’s data warehouse, where Ethena combines commercial data (e.g. Salesforce/Hubspot) with product data (our application).
Support the rollout of new tools, systems, and processes to enhance sales team effectiveness.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Engineering to ensure we deliver scalable and accurate analytics insights to customers.
Develop, track, and analyze key metrics to improve performance across the commercial team.
Implement automation to streamline lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting processes.

Requirements

Excellence with SQL and comfort taking complex data models and turning them into simple insights.
In-depth experience with CRMs, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and sales enablement software
Experience using Looker or similar tools such as Tableau
A complete command of all things Excel
A knack for data, a love of graphs, and a deep fear of numbers that don’t add up
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize on the fly and operate autonomously
Experience performing listed job responsibilities at a fast growing startup
Ability to influence and collaborate with cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
