About the role

  • Process incoming invoices.
  • Execute and review payments.
  • Contact person from local business in case of any issues with AP invoices and payments.
  • First level of investigation and resolution of AP invoice discrepancies and deficiencies with local suppliers, inc. dealing with reminders received.
  • Prepare monthly balance reconciliation.
  • Clear vendor line items and GR/IR accounts.
  • Participate in audit activities.

Requirements

  • Ideally degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • 1 years of accounting experience
  • Experience in Accounts Payable processes in a multinational environment would be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of accounting practices
  • Written and verbal fluency in English
  • Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of SAP platform (advantage)
