About the role
- Responsible for testing raw materials, gypsum, stucco, and finished products in the on-site laboratory to make sure everything meets quality standards.
- Record and analyse test results to spot trends, flag anything out of spec, and propose improvements to the manufacturing process.
- Input data into quality systems.
- Sorting boards to collect samples.
- Collect additive deliveries.
- Go to raw gypsum store.
- Completing fire testing.
Requirements
- Familiarity with laboratory environment.
- Able to work independently.
- Can manage own time.
- Multitask as needed.
- Experience with concrete or plasterboard would be desirable.
