About the role

  • Ensure the company's profitability through efficient and strategic cost management.
  • Serve as a key filter for information coming from production.
  • Monitor and adjust expenses based on provisions to ensure stable results.
  • Lead production operations, driving and supervising high-performance teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience in roles associated with logistics or industrial operations.
  • Intermediate Excel; basic SAP.
  • Basic accounting fundamentals.
  • Experience leading operational teams in manufacturing or industrial plant environments.
  • Proficiency in operational excellence methodologies (5S, TPM, Kaizen, Lean, problem solving).
