About the role
- Lead the development of Viriform technical support for engineers, installers, detailers, and fabricators
- Support the launch and promotion of our new purlin offering to the market
- Develop and maintain the technical library, ensuring details and specifications are accurate and aligned with market expectations
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager on projects requiring technical input, including product literature, website content, and technical applications
- Prepare technical content for marketing initiatives such as blogs, CPDs, and other educational materials
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends, providing technical training to marketing and sales teams as needed
- Deliver technical and practical demonstrations to students, architects, and roofing contractors occasionally
- Provide day-to-day support within the technical team for customer and internal technical enquiries
Requirements
- Experience in a similar technical manager level position within the construction industry
- Strong leadership skills and ambition to create a top-class technical team
- Ability to identify and introduce new initiatives and efficiencies across the department
- Proven ability of improving customer experience within an organisation through technical developments
- Interpersonal, communication and organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
- Presentation skills
