About the role
- Lead and manage the maintenance technician team
- Supervise suppliers, consumables, and service providers
- Develop and implement the preventive maintenance plan
- Oversee the maintenance workshop and spare parts warehouse
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)
- Coordinate and monitor external contractors
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance (mandatory)
- PLC programming experience
- 5+ years leading maintenance teams
- 10+ years industrial technical experience
- Experience with CMMS systems
- Knowledge of DL 50/2005 and ISO 9001 / 45001
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
