Payroll

• Independent, accurate and timely execution of the monthly payroll for all locations (wages & salaries)
• Accurate calculation of salaries, special payments and deductions (using DATEV Lohn & Gehalt)
• Reporting and certification to social security institutions, tax authorities and other relevant organizations
• Electronic retrieval and processing of sickness certificates
• Serve as the primary contact for all payroll-related queries for the sites
• Coordination and correspondence with health insurance providers, social security institutions and authorities
• Continuous optimization of payroll processes
• Support the HR department with administrative tasks and HR projects
