About the role
- Present, promote and sell services using solid closing techniques to prospective customers over the phone and email
- Analyze potential customers' needs
- Demonstrate strong persuasion and objection handling skills
- Continuously improve sales skills to attain quota and grow as sales professionals
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements
- English at a native level – a must
- Fluent French- a must
- Proven sales experience – mandatory
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Suitable home office setup: quiet work environment, Windows PC, high-speed internet, and the ability to be on webcam at all times.
- Experience in phone-based sales is nice to have.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is nice to have.
