About the role
- Actively engage with the wider technical community to build and maintain mutually beneficial, rewarding and long-term relationships with the experts in our field
- Articulate esynergy’s values, mission, and culture and how it drives our successful delivery of digital platforms, product and innovation
- Create, nurture, and adapt talent pipelines that enable us to fit the right opportunities quickly and effectively with the right people
- Collaborate with our colleagues and clients to ensure that business goals and requirements are communicated effectively to candidates
- Advise and manage both interviewers and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure its and effective and positive experience for all
- Provide market insights to the business, enabling us to react and respond to changes in the broader technical community
Requirements
- Experience withing working within the tech/recruiting industry
- Good organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Interest in technology, negotiating and critical thinking
- Desire to deliver a world class service
