IT & AI Automation Intern

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Assist with the preparation, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement.
• Perform key month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, revenue invoicing, fixed assets, accounts payable, accruals, prepaids, depreciation, and variance analyses.
• Ensure operating project billings, expenses, and related accruals are recorded timely and accurately each month.
• Prepare and maintain supporting schedules and manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidations across multiple entities.
• Support project accounting and capitalization activities, including construction and development costs, fixed asset additions, and placed-in-service activity.

Senior Financial Accountant

General Counsel

• Lead legal support for the full BESS project lifecycle, from origination, site control, real estate, and permitting, through interconnection, commercial contracting, financing, and handoff to construction, operations, and asset management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to structure, draft, and negotiate key project agreements, including site control, interconnection, equipment procurement, construction, O&M, LTSA, asset management, consultant, and other commercial agreements.
• Support responses to utility and corporate RFPs, and negotiate revenue and commercial agreements, including PPAs, tolling arrangements, capacity and energy services agreements, and other offtake structures.
• Advise on procurement, trade, and supply chain matters.
• Support legal due diligence, transaction management, and closing deliverables for project and portfolio acquisitions, divestitures, preferred equity, and debt financings.
• Work effectively with and manage outside counsel to deliver practical, cost-effective advice.
• Monitor market, regulatory, and industry developments affecting BESS project development, commercial contracting, and compliance.

Senior Corporate Counsel

Engineering Manager

• Lead and mentor Project Engineers while also serving as a hands-on technical contributor across multiple BESS projects
• Manage relationships with Owner’s Engineers, Engineers of Record, and Independent Engineers, including oversight of TEI/IE diligence activities
• Provide direct technical guidance by reviewing designs, proposals, and engineering documentation, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and alignment with project scope, constructability, and schedule requirements
• Drive engineering execution by participating in project meetings, validating basis of design, and resolving technical issues in partnership with project managers, construction managers, and development engineering
• Manage commissioning activities by coordinating engineering deliverables, resolving technical issues during energization and testing, and ensuring the BESS system meets performance, safety, and ISO/RTO compliance requirements
• Maintain and manage engineering logs (issues, RFIs, submittals), assign responsibilities with clear deadlines, and communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to leadership in a concise, fact-based manner
• Lead efforts to standardize and optimize end-to-end project engineering processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the portfolio
• Evaluate and recommend engineering expenditures and resource allocations to support project execution and organizational priorities
• Support project management and HSE teams in developing and executing site-specific safety programs, participating in planning and hazard analyses, and serving as a technical resource for safety concerns.
