Product Manager

• Manage, organize, and prioritize the backlog for the products under your responsibility
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for development teams
• Refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Work closely with Product Managers, Design, and Technology to ensure continuous delivery of value
• Participate in agile ceremonies and support the team in removing product-related impediments
• Monitor the execution of tasks, ensuring alignment between scope, timelines, and quality
• Support the definition of operational metrics and monitor product KPIs
• Validate deliveries and ensure implemented solutions meet defined objectives
• Maintain constant communication with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency on initiative progress
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s processes and products.
