About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage, organize, and prioritize the backlog for the products under your responsibility
Translate business needs into clear requirements for development teams
Refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Work closely with Product Managers, Design, and Technology to ensure continuous delivery of value
Participate in agile ceremonies and support the team in removing product-related impediments
Monitor the execution of tasks, ensuring alignment between scope, timelines, and quality
Support the definition of operational metrics and monitor product KPIs
Validate deliveries and ensure implemented solutions meet defined objectives
Maintain constant communication with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency on initiative progress
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s processes and products.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Previous experience in education companies, working with educational back-office systems
Prior experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or related roles
Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs
Ability to translate business requests into clear and structured requirements
Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and business teams
Organized, analytical, and execution-oriented profile
Experience in data analysis and monitoring product metrics
Experience with academic ERPs, educational platforms, or administrative systems for educational institutions (preferred)
Knowledge of academic, financial, or operational processes in the education sector (preferred)
Certifications or training in Product Management, Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Kanban (preferred)
Familiarity with UX, Product Design, and software development (preferred)
Experience with product and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar) (preferred)
