• Ensure every campaign, channel, and lifecycle touchpoint is measurable, integrated, and continuously optimised
• Help the marketing team move faster, work smarter, and make more confident decisions through reliable data, automation, and experimentation
• Build lifecycle campaigns, workflows, and other automations, leveraging the content required of those mechanisms, including EDM, multimedia content, and more

Marketing Operations Manager

IT Support

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation of issues and solutions.
• Assist in setting up and configuring new hardware and software for employees, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updates, backups, and system checks, to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and procedures, and update documentation as needed.
• Work closely with the IT team to escalate complex issues and assist in larger projects as required.
