Project Manager

• Conduct surveys and analyze internal area needs to map and improve processes and routines;
• Update the Project and Performance Management system;
• Monitor the measurement, analysis and presentation of the area's indicators (KPIs), as well as the progress of action plans;
• Support administrative routines and budget execution;
• Assist in the preparation of quality-related documents, such as standard procedures, forms and training manuals;
• Update and configure information in BI, CRM, E-commerce and ERP systems.
