About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct surveys and analyze internal area needs to map and improve processes and routines;
Update the Project and Performance Management system;
Monitor the measurement, analysis and presentation of the area's indicators (KPIs), as well as the progress of action plans;
Support administrative routines and budget execution;
Assist in the preparation of quality-related documents, such as standard procedures, forms and training manuals;
Update and configure information in BI, CRM, E-commerce and ERP systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering;
At least one and a half years remaining until graduation;
Motivated to learn and develop skills in process and project management;
Ability to work in a team;
Written communication skills.
Ability to read texts and use systems in English;
Strong logical and quantitative reasoning skills;
Quick learner of software applications;
Good organization and time management.
