About the role

  • Analyze, draft, and review contracts, ensuring legal accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with suppliers, clients, and business partners.
  • Assess legal risks associated with contracts and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Interpret contractual clauses, applicable legislation, and legal impacts on company operations.
  • Support the legal team in validating and approving contractual documents.
  • Monitor the contract execution cycle, ensuring fulfillment of obligations.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of contractual instruments.
  • Communicate with external law firms and consultants on contract-related matters and other legal issues.
  • Represent the company in judicial or administrative proceedings, when necessary.
  • Support administrative and legal routines related to the area.

Requirements

  • Law degree.
  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • Solid experience in contract analysis, negotiation, and review.
  • Experience in identifying and mitigating legal risks.
  • Experience interacting with internal teams, suppliers, clients, and external law firms.
  • Knowledge of administrative, judicial, and regulatory processes related to contract law.
