About the role

  • Promote the company's product sales and maximize sales and profit through sale of implants and related products against the agreed sales plan
  • Conduct sales operations in line with internal procedures and external regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain strong understanding of product operation, features and benefits and of market/competition
  • Assist in building and developing the brand locally in line with global marketing strategy
  • Communicate with Supply Chain for correct supply of promotional materials
  • Track pending orders and offer substitutions to customers
  • Review orders with Customer Care and resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate special order or customer conditions to Customer Care to ensure timely processing
  • Work closely with Marketing to meet internal and customer expectations
  • Report field visits accurately and provide insights to the territory manager
  • Segment customers with detailed information and act as primary point of contact for customer issues
  • Act as business partner to help customers grow activity and revenue
  • Attend operating room with customers to build relationships, understand needs and advise on product use

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of Sales in medical devices
  • Minumum 4 years of experience working with plastic surgeons in public and private sector
  • Native Italian and Professional English languages
  • Ability to work on field and travel around Lombardia region
  • Ability to develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with other people both inside or outside the organization
  • Ability to work with CRM
  • Used to work with reports of field visit, segmentation and sales force effectiveness KPIs
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Problem solving mentality and proactively addresses work-related problems
  • Being dynamic, structured and persistent
  • Capable of being influential, courteous and have good discussion making skills
  • Ability to work in team
  • Strong verbal, written and listening communications skills
  • Strong ability to follow up and execute
  • Sense of priority and good organizational skills
  • Customer Service oriented person
  • Ability to sell but also to offer business solutions to his customers
