About the role
- Manage marketing operations including purchase orders, invoices, budgets, and internal trackers
- Coordinate fulfillment of marketing and in office materials
- Custodian of a curated image library. Collect, review, organize, and edit approved marketing images, consents and assets
- Support review and approval process including submissions, routing and revisions for the team
- Coordinate marketing materials for new hires in partnership with sales, HR, and other vendors
- Support execution of marketing programs and initiatives, including tracking activity, preparing reports and providing recap decks
- Review eligibility and fulfill approved requests for marketing tools and programs
- Support trade shows, meetings, and events, including material preparation and onsite support, as needed
- Coordinate collateral printing, warehousing, inventory management, and shipment of marketing materials
- Manage program submissions, fulfillment logistics, and incentive processing as applicable
- Pull program metrics and analytics to support reporting and optimization, create and manage a dashboard to help the team track ROI on programs and events
- Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and help reduce operational bottlenecks across marketing initiatives

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or program support
- Strong proficiency Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word required
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira) preferred
- Familiarity with Veeva Vault or regulated marketing environments is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or brand and marketing operations.
