About the role
- Analyze inventory risks (shortages and overstock conditions) resulting from forecasting changes or supply chain disruptions.
- Develop proactive action plans to minimize or prevent inventory risks (out-of-stock and overstock scenarios) in collaboration with internal Supply Chain teams and respective Business Units.
- Communicate and coordinate action plans with various stakeholders, including the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Team, Business Units, Procurement, Logistics, and Brand Management.
- Provide weekly reports to Brand Management, Business Units, and Leadership teams on the inventory health status of their assigned brands.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Branded Inventory management tools and processes, ensuring adherence to the latest established procedures and systems.
- Manage projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience (Supply Chain Management certification is preferred).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce Supply Chain Management (experience with Amazon FBA is advantageous).
- Demonstrated experience in managing and improving supply chain data, information, and processes.
- Exceptional ability to conceptualize large-scale projects and anticipate potential challenges.
- A quick learner with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to diverse challenges.
