About the role

  • Drive forecasting process across all sales channels.
  • Collaborate with brand management team to analyze current trends and adapt forecast where necessary.
  • Collaborate with operational intelligence team to analyse AI-based forecast and provide feedback to improve.
  • Generate weekly forecast reports and communicate forecast flags to brand management, inventory team, and operational intelligence team.
  • Analyze forecast deviations with the goal to improve forecast accuracy, minimize out of stock and mitigate overstock.
  • Maintain and develop collaborative tools with brand management team.

Requirements

  • Experience in fast-growing companies in the e-commerce business.
  • High proficiency in Excel.
  • Effective in communication and influencing.
