About the role

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with targeted IDNs, strategic Orthopedic clinics, and Orthopedic offices to promote brand awareness and drive revenue growth
  • Develop, implement, and monitor customer-specific sales processes and Account Plans to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Conduct frequent analyses of customer information to identify risks and opportunities and account plans
  • Collaborate with customer and internal team to negotiate contracts, including terms, pricing, and product offerings, in alignment with company strategies
  • Provide ongoing support to high-value customers by coordinating internal resources to meet their needs
  • Reassess customer prioritization annually and propose aligned business actions
  • Deliver market insights on customer needs and competitive activities to internal stakeholders
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, tracking progress in CRM
  • Conduct in-person or virtual customer meetings as well as drive successful attendance to Regional workshops to drive Orthopedic product growth
  • Introduce new products, process orders, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Support RSMs and distribution partners to help drive Orthopedic revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial account sales, preferably in Orthopedics
  • Familiarity with distribution networks and purchasing practices to drive distribution channel relationships and revenue growth
  • Proven success in IDN sales negotiations and sales strategy execution
  • Lead C-Level top-down selling approach and collaboration with field sales force
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Strong experience and skillset with CRM tools like PowerBI
  • College-level athletic experience or sports background is a plus
  • Ability to travel at least 40% of the time domestically.
