About the role
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with targeted IDNs, strategic Orthopedic clinics, and Orthopedic offices to promote brand awareness and drive revenue growth
- Develop, implement, and monitor customer-specific sales processes and Account Plans to meet/exceed sales targets
- Conduct frequent analyses of customer information to identify risks and opportunities and account plans
- Collaborate with customer and internal team to negotiate contracts, including terms, pricing, and product offerings, in alignment with company strategies
- Provide ongoing support to high-value customers by coordinating internal resources to meet their needs
- Reassess customer prioritization annually and propose aligned business actions
- Deliver market insights on customer needs and competitive activities to internal stakeholders
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, tracking progress in CRM
- Conduct in-person or virtual customer meetings as well as drive successful attendance to Regional workshops to drive Orthopedic product growth
- Introduce new products, process orders, and provide exceptional customer service
- Support RSMs and distribution partners to help drive Orthopedic revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in commercial account sales, preferably in Orthopedics
- Familiarity with distribution networks and purchasing practices to drive distribution channel relationships and revenue growth
- Proven success in IDN sales negotiations and sales strategy execution
- Lead C-Level top-down selling approach and collaboration with field sales force
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Strong experience and skillset with CRM tools like PowerBI
- College-level athletic experience or sports background is a plus
- Ability to travel at least 40% of the time domestically.
