About the role

  • Account management and implementation of the sales strategy with the aim of achieving sustainable revenue and profit growth in the relevant target groups
  • Planning, coordination, and delivery of consultations and training for customers (staff from orthopedic retail stores, physiotherapists in the clinical use of the products, primarily in compression therapy)
  • Assisting with product evaluations
  • Participation in cross-channel and/or interdisciplinary project teams
  • Attendance at regional and national trade fairs and congresses
  • Monitoring competitors and communicating findings to the relevant stakeholders
  • Deriving and implementing actions for the assigned territory based on observations

Requirements

  • Successfully completed nursing qualification with diploma and relevant professional experience in healthcare, or qualification as a physiotherapist, orthopaedic specialist, or similar training
  • Additional training in modern wound care (e.g., SAfW, Akademie ZWM) is an advantage
  • Strong ability to communicate and present convincingly and authentically across all hierarchical levels and diverse target groups, combined with an interest in business-related contexts and enthusiasm for sales acquisition
  • Determination, assertiveness, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset
  • High commitment and drive to succeed, along with flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Fluent German; English skills are an advantage
