Oversee daily supply chain operations for assigned site(s), responsible for monitoring daily workflows and ensuring team is meeting key department metrics and objectives.
Provide direct supervision to staff, including hiring, coaching, training, performance management, and discipline.
Support problem-solving and escalations, assisting staff and department leaders with complex operational issues and ensuring continuity of service.
Drive operational improvement, contributing to planning efforts and identifying opportunities to enhance workflow, efficiency, and service quality.
Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, maintaining quality, accuracy, resiliency, and safety in all supply chain functions.
Serve as a key liaison and resource, providing guidance on supply chain matters to internal departments, clinicians, vendors, and community relations.

Requirements

Associate’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience.
2 years of experience, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or materials management, or in a healthcare setting.
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, including coaching, training, and performance management strongly preferred.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex operational issues.
Proficiency with inventory management systems, ERP platforms, and standard Microsoft Office software.
