About the role
- overseeing the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs that support operational excellence across all revenue cycle functions
- manages a team of process and training analysts who create and maintain workflows, training materials, and performance support tools
- partners with operational leaders to identify skill gaps, align training with process improvement initiatives, and ensure staff are effectively prepared
Requirements
- 3 years’ leadership experience in healthcare business operations in a clinic or hospital setting, or related healthcare industry
- demonstrated leadership ability
- Associate’s degree or higher (must obtain bachelor’s degree within two years of hire or transfer date)
