About the role
- Leads assigned clinical areas to ensure optimal patient access, clinical quality and financial outcomes
- Provides leadership to assigned colleagues, monitors engagement, recruitment and retention best practices
- Responsible for achieving financial targets related to staff productivity and physician/advanced practice productivity
- Implements strategic priorities and executes assigned work with direction and guidance from leadership
- Manages fill rates, physician and advanced practice provider schedules and templates
- Ensures standard work is implemented to achieve quality metrics
- Participates in PDSA's and other improvement activities
- Provides coaching, feedback and ensures development conversations for all team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare leadership or clinical healthcare field OR Associate’s degree in nursing and ability to obtain bachelor’s degree within 3 years from date of hire
- 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in a clinical setting or completion of administrative fellowship through Essentia Health fellowship program
