About the role

  • Provide therapy services to adult patients including evaluation, treatment, education, and consultation
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal clinical and financial outcomes
  • Complete documentation, billing, and scheduling management for a full caseload
  • Supervise support staff and participate in patient care as needed
  • Participate in department or therapy discipline committees

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree , or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited program
  • Current state licensure as Occupational Therapist
  • Current physical therapy license in the state performing services
  • Completion of Herman & Wallace Level I certification, or an alternative advanced training approved by Essentia Health leadership
  • Experience in patient evaluation and treatment planning
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams
