About the role
- Partner with clinical leaders, operations teams, engineers, and external healthcare clients
- Identify real-world workflow problems and turn them into product solutions
- Define product requirements, user stories, feature priorities, and success metrics
- Own the roadmap for major platform capabilities
- Ensure features are scalable, configurable, and client-ready
- Guide engineering teams on what to build, why it matters, and how it should function
- Help onboard and support new client organizations using ecares
- Continuously evaluate how healthcare operations can be improved through better software
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows
- Strong understanding of care coordination and revenue cycle touchpoints
- Strong understanding of business objectives
- Ability to design technology-enabled workflows
- Experience working directly with providers, operations leaders, clients, or end users
- Comfort working in fast-moving, startup-style environments
- Experience working with engineers to ship real software
- Healthcare EHR or care management platform experience (eCW, Epic, Athena, etc.) is a strong plus.
