Account Executive

• Perform outbound commercial coffee equipment sales through various channels.
• Generate new business through conversion of inbound leads, and prospecting new business channels.
• Manage and monitor all assigned accounts to ensure customer service standards and business development activities are fulfilled.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of several different equipment brands and produce tailored solutions to end-users.
• Prepare professional business proposals and quotations according to customers' identified needs and manage expiration dates regularly.
• Identify sales opportunities within the target market to build an ongoing pipeline of business to meet annual sales goals and record activities in CRM.
• Prioritize work based on sales volume and profitability of opportunities.
• Prepare and report monthly sales pipeline for management review.
• Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payment from customers.
