About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform outbound commercial coffee equipment sales through various channels.
- Generate new business through conversion of inbound leads, and prospecting new business channels.
- Manage and monitor all assigned accounts to ensure customer service standards and business development activities are fulfilled.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of several different equipment brands and produce tailored solutions to end-users.
- Prepare professional business proposals and quotations according to customers' identified needs and manage expiration dates regularly.
- Identify sales opportunities within the target market to build an ongoing pipeline of business to meet annual sales goals and record activities in CRM.
- Prioritize work based on sales volume and profitability of opportunities.
- Prepare and report monthly sales pipeline for management review.
- Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payment from customers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to be insured
- Time management
- Customer service skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to be a team player
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Experience leveraging CRM tools to manage pipelines and drive sales is highly preferred. Previous experience using NetSuite is a plus.
