About the role

  • You develop, optimize and standardize core business processes
  • You drive automation and efficiency improvements within the operating model
  • You ensure clear governance structures and clean, well-documented processes
  • You act as the central interface between Product, Development and relevant stakeholders
  • You ensure transparency, alignment and clear prioritization across all teams
  • You identify optimization potential and implement structured solutions
  • You manage the innovation and ideation process and build a strong pipeline
  • You leverage market, competitor and customer data to make informed decisions
  • You are responsible for the product roadmap from a process perspective
  • You support product launches and analyze performance using relevant KPIs

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field
  • You have experience in Business Development, Consulting, Product Management or Innovation Management
  • You have proven experience in managing cross-functional projects
  • You think analytically and work in a data-driven way, ideally using Excel or BI tools
  • You have a good understanding of product lifecycles, launch processes and KPI systems
  • You work in a structured, independent manner and set clear priorities with a strong ownership mindset
  • You communicate very well and confidently, including at management level
  • You are fluent in German and English
