About the role
- You manage and develop your customers in line with established company targets and implement regional sales-promotion measures
- You acquire new customers while considering profitability and continuously identifying market potential
- You provide professional advice on point-of-sale materials in compliance with The Quality Group's financial guidelines while continuously monitoring market changes and competitors
Requirements
- You have experience in field sales, retail sales, or the grocery retail sector
- Ideally, you have a commercial/business education
- You are a strong communicator, negotiate confidently, and enjoy networking
- You enjoy working with metrics, love selling, and are enthusiastic about our products
- You are proficient with digital media and like contributing new ideas
- You hold a driver's license (Class B), are willing to travel, and flexible in terms of place of residence
