About the role

  • You analyze complaints and quality deviations and derive data-driven insights on product performance
  • You monitor quality metrics and prepare structured reports based on Excel analyses and our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
  • You support the maintenance and continuous improvement of our quality standards (e.g., GFSI, CRQS)
  • You handle operational preparation and support for supplier audits
  • You act as a communicative interface between HQ, production, the laboratory and other departments
  • You support certifications and quality-related projects in national and international settings

Requirements

  • You have a degree in food science or a related field
  • You are strong analytically and comfortable working with numbers, data and large Excel spreadsheets
  • You have knowledge of food safety and common standards such as GFSI
  • You are an effective communicator and navigate confidently between different stakeholders
  • You are willing to travel
  • You have excellent written and spoken English skills
