About the role

  • You implement the B2B expansion roadmap for Germany
  • You are responsible for the end-to-end readiness of new B2B customers — from approval to go-live
  • You manage and develop the Channel Activity Masterplan (CAMP) across all B2B channels
  • You translate portfolio priorities into concrete NOI, distribution, and sales targets
  • You analyze performance KPIs, identify gaps, and derive effective actions
  • You ensure consistent implementation of sales fundamentals — assortment, pricing, promotion, and merchandising
  • You act as the single point of contact for the German B2B business and manage day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • You have at least 7 years of experience in the FMCG sector, ideally in food, beverage, or lifestyle
  • You have a proven track record in marketing, sales, or commercial roles with a clear B2B focus
  • You bring experience in go-to-market processes, sales management, or channel management
  • You have strong communication skills and professional stakeholder management
  • You are fluent in German and English (business fluent)
