Customer Success Manager

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and manage the new client experience
• Respond to new client inquiries from website, referrals, and other channels
• Prepare sales leaders for client meetings and manage the sales pipeline
• Provide administrative support to leadership, including overseeing contract writing and management with finance
• Support sales, client communications, and onboarding processes
